Yes, the staff here are great at their job they are very knowledgeable about the products that they sale. They answered all of my questions on the different dolls I was looking at. They went above and beyond taking care of me when I had problems with the two dolls that I purchased from them. Sent me a repair kit free of charge to fix it. I have dealt with 3 other venders before I found this site and they are the best.
